Don't forget to send in your cat photographs, both past and present pets are welcomed. It's a great way to pay tribute to them. Whether they are still with us or not, they occupy a place in our hearts and will occupy a special place on this site for as long as it is possible.

When you send in your photographs, please include a small amount of information about your cat or cats including where you are from.

Jenni (UK) sent me this lovely photo of this large cat as it reminded her of her own cat, Urchin.

Photographer, Roger Laute from Gent, Belgium sent in these wonderful photo's of his cats: Poesjenel in the children's theatre and the shadow of Poeskine in his darkroom.

You can find more cats on Roger's website: www.fotografie-rogerlaute.be

"Felix, our 10 yr old Somali Cat, passed away 2 Feb 06 from Triaditus, an inflammation of the liver/gall bladder/pancreas.  Felix was loved by all, there was and still remains the saying "Everyone Loves Felix."

Mary J. Quinn, Lt Colonel, USAF

"Here is my 2 cats. The grey one is Simba and the white one Snowy. They live with me in South Africa. Simba was born in a factory and came to my mom when he was very small and because of that, he still sucks my clothes. He is now 1and a half years old. Snowy is only about 6 months old and I found him in a street crying and took him to the SPCA. Then after a week I decided to go buy him because I couldn't stop thinking about him. Him and Simba are great friends and they are the most beautiful cats..."

Alwynne Wedgwood sent me this photo of his lovely cat, Boris, and writes:

"Boris adopted me 8 years ago and we live together, with my dog Sabree, in Otahuhu, Auckland, New Zealand."

Let me introduce you to my 'gang', Dusty, Chelsea and Toby, all litter mates.  They are extremely playful, affectionate and love sitting in the window watching for birds and anything else that moves!  All 3 are greatly loved, very much spoiled, are truly the joy of my life and live in St. Louis, Mo.

"Ash, my cat is a breed unto himself, he was raised by my Doberman, Jasper who died 4 years ago... Ash thinks he is a dog and follows me everywhere. pats my knee when ice-cream is about and won't get on my lap. He is now 14, sorry the picture isn't brilliant but he hates cameras, runs when one appears."

"I love him so much as he has been a good pal since my Husband died."

Sheila Dodd, Hamilton,  New Zealand.
