Don't forget to send in your cat photographs,
both past and present pets are welcomed. It's a great way to
pay tribute to them. Whether they are still with us or not, they occupy a place
in our hearts and will occupy a special place on this site for as long as it is
possible.
When you send
in your photographs, please include a small
amount of information about your cat or cats including where you are from.

Gus sent me these photo's of his beautiful cats,
and writes:
"These are pictures of my 2
cats Lucy (grey) Obe (black and white) I think they are Maine coon's but
not sure. they are a delightful pair, Obe is so loving, Lucy doesn't like
to be touched only if she comes over to you. I got them from a cats home
as kittens they were feral."

Karin Starkey, residing in Mandaluyong City, the
Philippines, writes:
"Sasser
is a chocolate point Siamese male kitten. This is a photo taken of him at 9
weeks. He is the little king of my apartment, a tireless and amusing clown that
never fails to make me laugh whenever he's at play. Very
affectionate, he likes to be cuddled and stroked. He follows me
wherever I go, threading his lissome body between my legs as I walk from
room to room. True to the siamese breed, Sasser is an incessant talker and
keeps me entertained with his impressive repertoire of mews, purrs,
yowls and growls. I believe what I've read about the Siamese. He is a
one-of-a-kind feline who does behave like a dog in many ways. Sasser is
intensely devoted to his owner and chooses me over everybody else in my
household."

Kate & Andy's two beautiful cats from Devon, England.
"These are
sisters Hazel & Willow (otherwise known as Pumpkin & Snooty knickers,
for no particular reason!) They don't have a non-white hair between them
& have both got beautiful china blue eyes. Sadly Hazel is deaf (&
we don't think she can see too well either) but it doesn't seem to bother
her unduly as long as we don't creep up on her. We have to stamp our feet
so she can feel the vibration if we approach her from behind so we don't
make her jump. Scent is very important to her, she doesn't completely
relax until she's sniffed your hand just to be certain it's you. Willow's
got all her faculties, but we do sometimes think she's in a different
dimension! When she was small she used to sing to herself as she walked
round the garden, or maybe she was singing to the flowers or the trees or
the grass....who knows? They were both rescued and now live with Kate
& Andy in South Devon, England. We also have a Great Dane & a
Rhodesian Ridgeback, but they know their place. i.e. well below the cats!
They all get on very well & the dogs seem to make allowances for
Hazel, letting her get away with just about anything!"

This is 'Maji' who lives in the West Indies.
Cari Ingam is a Peace Corps Volunteer serving in the
West Indies on the island of Saint Lucia. Her petite and pretty cat's
name, 'Maji' is
the local Kweyol word meaning ‘magic’.
