This sequel to
The Lion King
movie is a 'direct to video',
and was released by Walt Disney on
October 27, 1998.
The movie contains a love story between Simba's
daughter Kiara, and Kovu,
the lion chosen to follow in Scar's footsteps
and who is raised in the opposite pride,
the Outlanders. Zira, Kovu's adopted mother,
teaches Kovu to be a killer, and hatches an
evil plan which involves
setting the Pride-Lands ablaze while Kiara is
out on her first hunt.
